I joined BMS Medical in December 2024, right after completing my master’s degree. From the very first day, I was drawn in by the company’s energy, professionalism, and down-to-earth spirit. BMS is not just a manufacturer of medical devices—it’s a place where trust, growth, and collaboration come together like a true family.

As a project management trainee, my journey began with full exposure to the company’s core operations. I rotated through the Production, Quality, Mold Projects, and Materials Departments—each offering a unique perspective on what it takes to bring a medical product to life. What I discovered was both humbling and inspiring: behind every finished product lies a chain of rigorous processes, meticulous standards, and countless people dedicated to every detail. But what surprised me even more was the culture. Every colleague I met was willing to share, to listen, and to guide. Learning didn’t feel like a task—it felt like a joy. I vividly remember participating in the validation of a key component mold. From drafting the protocol to running tests and submitting reports, every step was supported by patient mentorship. I was encouraged not just to follow instructions, but to think independently and take on more complex tasks. I gradually shifted from “doing what I’m told” to “solving problems together”, from “waiting to be assigned” to “being trusted to lead.” That growth wasn’t a solo effort—it was the warmth of teamwork that made it possible.

At BMS, there’s no toxic competition. Instead, we focus on precision, efficiency, and outcomes. As long as you’re willing to think, to act, and to take ownership, you will find both recognition and opportunity. Beyond technical knowledge, I’ve learned how to approach every task with responsibility and enthusiasm. I used to ask myself, “What can I do?” Now, I find myself saying, “Here’s how I want to do it.” Growth, I’ve realized, isn’t a burden—it’s an exciting journey full of discovery. Here, every day brings progress, and every effort is seen.
