Program Structure

The program is structured to provide comprehensive exposure to critical functions within the medical device industry, ensuring a robust foundation for leadership roles.

  1. Quality Department Rotation (1 Month)
    • Master quality control processes in medical device manufacturing.
    • Gain expertise in regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA regulations).
    • Contribute to quality assurance projects and audits, ensuring product excellence.
  2. Mold Department Rotation (2 Months)
    • Develop proficiency in plastic injection molding processes and material selection.
    • Learn mold design principles and production optimization techniques.
    • Lead efficiency improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance.
  3. Production & Materials Department Rotation (1 Month)
    • Acquire in-depth knowledge of production planning, material management, and supply chain coordination.
    • Participate in production scheduling, inventory optimization, and supplier collaboration.
    • Complete a capstone project integrating learnings to prepare for career track selection.
  4. Team Integration & Career Track Assignment (8 Months)
    • After four months of rotations, trainees are assigned to one of three career tracks based on demonstrated competencies, interests, and organizational needs:
      • Quality Track: Ideal for detail-oriented individuals passionate about process standardization, quality control, and continuous improvement. Focus on ensuring product reliability and regulatory compliance.
      • Project Track: Suited for strategic thinkers with strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills. Lead transformative initiatives to optimize operations.
      • Sales Track: Designed for dynamic communicators with a keen interest in market trends and client relationship management. Drive business growth through customer-centric solutions.

Candidate Profile
